over 30 years as a CPA, William A. Bonner is uniquely

Soon after earning a BBA degree in Accounting from
Angelo State University in 1972, Mr. Bonner secured
employment with the Internal Revenue Service as an
Internal Revenue Agent, interpreting and applying the
Federal Tax Code.
Mr. Bonner accumulated nearly 5 years of experience
performing IRS field audit examinations and reviewing
other agents' work before opening his own CPA firm in
1978. Soon after, he successfully passed the US
Department of Treasury Enrolled Agents examination
(1979), and followed that up with passing the Texas State
Board of Accountancy CPA exam in 1980.
The career path that Mr. Bonner chose was deliberate. He
firmly believes that the best way to understand the details
of the US tax code is to learn it from the inside out. Mr.
Bonner tenaciously acquired the knowledge to properly
represent you with the IRS and to save your hard-earned
dollars.
