Mr. Bonner's firm offers a full range of accounting, compliance and related tax preparation services. The firm also offers full IRS representation services including audit, collections, appeals, negotiations of offers in compromise and other services as may be applicable on an as needed basis.

1. IRS Representation Services:
   On audit matters, we can represent you (and/or your business) before IRS & the State of Texas in audit examinations in Office Audit, Field Audit, Appeals and in other levels on issues concerning income tax, employment tax, penalty issues, and in all other matters.
   On collection issues, we can represent you (and/or your business) before IRS & the State of Texas Collections and Appeals Divisions on various issues, including but not limited to: negotiating offers in compromise, arranging installment agreements, levies, seizures, and in all other matters.
   We also offer "pro'se" assistance. Most "clients" are unaware that "they are not required to be represented by an attorney before the U.S. Tax Court (USTC)." When clients find themselves unable to raise funds required to hire an attorney to represent them in USTC matters, we can provide assistance in preparation of defense issues to for the client to present to defend themselves before the US Tax Court on audit and collection matters.
   
   
2. Tax Consulting And Preparation Services:
   We offer assistance when preplanning special transactions and can often provide alternative methods of handling special transactions. We can also prepare (or assist) clients with required federal and state income, payroll and/or other special tax returns.
   
   
3. Accounting & Bookkeeping Services:
   We offer accounting and bookkeeping services specially tailored to each clients needs on either manual or computerized systems. In addition to complete compilation services, with each report we furnish all related supporting ledgers, journals and other items on either a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis.
